Most people complain about Bad Juju and Thorn, and with good reason; these weapons are in desperate need of a buff. But there's another Exotic weapon; easy to obtain, but nevertheless not worth the effort of acquiring.
I am of course talking about Super Good Advice, the Exotic machine gun obtained through the bounty "A Voice in the Wilderness".
It may be Exotic, but it's easily the WORST machine gun in the entire game. Compared to what else you can get your hands on... The Swarm, or Corrective Measure, or Thunderlord (if you're lucky enough to stumble across it), Super Good Advice is a piece of junk. Even its special perk (which returns almost all missed shots to the magazine) doesn't help. At all.
Here's what needs to be done to make this gun worth using:
Increase Stability: The recoil on Super Good Advice is atrocious. I swear, it's impossible to keep this gun on-target. This makes it especially useless in the Crucible, where every missed shot is likely to cost you dearly... especially if you're up against the rather common Legendary machine gun "The Swarm".
Add "Field Scout" perk: If you have Corrective Measure from the Raid, you know what this means. if you choose Field Scout, you get 100 rounds in the magazine and 200 in reserve, for a total of 300. In addition, you get up to 150+ ammo every time you pick up Heavy Ammo in PvE; this would dramatically improve the reliability of Super Good Advice in Strikes, Raids, and so on.
