Wondering why you can't get exotics bounties?
You're probably not getting exotics because these two basic reasons and if someone argues you're stupid
1. Not level 20 yet..
2. Not a vanguard rank 2+ and yes Vanguard rank matters in fact I complained about not getting the bounties then when I reached rank two that bounty I was offered 3 choices...

So wrong about vanguard. Yes sometimes offered when rank up but I has one at vanguard rank 0
