MMOs suck

Anyone feel like this? My motto on this app is even "MMOs... The place where game devs go to die" All these people coming off of WoW keep screaming at people about their hours played on Destiny, as if hours of monotonous, repetitive, boring tasks were the equivalent of the value of a game. As I keep telling these people, if you want to spend hours of your life going through the motions, doing the same aggravating bullshit over and over, and slowly stealing the enjoyment out of life, go get another job. In order to properly relate it, a job that takes hours daily, sucks out your soul, dulls the mind, leaves anywhere between 3-15 hours between working shifts, and pays you exactly nothing. Even ESO (Elder Scrolls Online) -blam!-ing sucks. There is no room for the old styles of play, like assassin and illusionist, all of the caves and open areas can't be accessed without the linked quests, the story has been destroyed, it eliminated interaction with NPCs, and all of the graphics look like shit without being in third-person (not to mention how all of the areas are geographically smaller). My friends and I were hoping exclusively for Black Marsh. If they did Summer set or Elsweyr, we wouldn't have complained, but something about Black Marsh, the extremely hostile and infinitely hazardous land of the amphibious, reptilian Argonians, seemed exciting to us. I, personally, would have paid $100 for it. ESO is more like "the massive world of closed doors and lost lore". However, with how Skyrim turned out, I can't say that I'm surprised. Skyrim replaced everything you ever learned about the world with dragons. Because dragons (this flying thing in the sky that I kill faster than a deer) are just that fascinating. And how come the Nords have had this ability to speak in incredibly powerful magic words since before their recorded history, and we are just now learning about it? How did the elves, the tall, stuck-up bastards in tights, defeat the combined forces of Tamriel, comprised of Bretons, Imperials, Nords, High elves, Dark elves, Wood elves, Argonians, Orcs, and Khajiit? That whole thing, lore-wise, was an epic fail. They even eliminated even more of the weapons and magic! How are you going to tell me that the Nords have no clue what a damn short sword is? Don't even get me started on that dumbass perk system. As I've been told of WoW, I've become much more hating about it. The more I learn and the more that things become clarified the more I don't understand why people play it. Things like PvP bonuses on gear, the massive grind, the ability to be killed by those infinitely better than you, the lack of NPC interaction, an open(ish) world with shitty graphics, and the unimportance of the races. If you want to add to my hateful rant, feel free. If you want to talk about some of the things I said, go for it. If you want to complain to me with hate and trolling, I won't stop you.
