Why is this great weapon only level 16. I don't know what it would take from the community ; but I think there should be a level 20 legendary of this item. Maybe obtained via a quest where you would trade the one you have for the new one. No other weapon has the sites this one has and it is a fun weapon to play with, but immediately useless when u get to 20.
