i was one of the thousands who got locked out of their accounts for 3 weeks following centipede error code saga. I was told by *Master* on the Bungie help team that you were looking into what could be done to make it up to us. I have sent messages to him and no replies have been sent and nothing has been done to compensate us for our account lockout. All im asking for is something i can use like shards so i can catch up on all the events i missed out on because of your issues. Please reply
