Xur's Location/ how to get a Halloween sparrow?
Xur is in the hall of guardians next to the crucible quartermaster. Also I was wanting to know if anyone has had any luck getting one of the Halloween sparrows or blood vials? Are they just random drops, or is there a way to obtain one of this sexy sparrows?

You get blood vials by using a Jackolyte and then trading Xur, that's what I've heard anyway.
