Last night after the server issues of Tuesday had settled I decided to gather a team and hit the Vault of Glass.
Fire team assembled we headed off and had no issues at all getting in, confluxes - not a problem, oracles - one selfRKOing rocket aside - pretty seem-less.
Then the Templar... problems from the word go, a short summary of the ones i remember below:
Missing arms and weapons - missing from HUD
No grenade action - no visible grenade animation or grenade effect
Unreviveable - body visible to others but not being revived, others no ghost available to revive
Missing Players - players missing from 1 screen but not others - this was what killed me initially as I got marked but couldn't see the relic carrier
Invincible - when it decided we could be revived we could run up to the Templar with no penalties, marked multiple times with no consequences... so we decided to do this to him:

After that we had more issues of remaining marked after the Templars death, difficulties getting through the tunnels to the chests. I RTO'd and rejoined to get my guns back and spawned above Gorgons Labryinth! Certainly made for a unique raid experience...

yesterday my team got magically killed by being marked out of the blue after the templar died as well :S , thank god it was post fight lol
