Q: Would you consider a job at Bungie?

A lot of people here have great suggestions that largely just get buried in a slew of rants and off topic posts.
For those that never looked into, Bungie IS hiring. I encourage anyone with the right skill set and desire to check it out. They're looking for everything from composers to raid designers, mission designers, and everything else... It's worth looking into.
I'm a Lean Six Sigma black belt with years of process improvement instruction and project facilitation under my belt. The kind of hurdles Bungie faces here are absolutely the kind of things Black Belts go after. While I may not be the ideal candidate on paper, because I lack any real gaming "industry" experience, I've got over 25 years of experience playing games and the facilitation skill set to do something with it. That's gotta count for something.
I would pursue this, but I don't believe my family can handle another cross country move (retiring active duty military). It's a dream job to work on a big AAA title for many people, and it's definitely mine.
Maybe the next raid will be developed by someone right here in the forums!
Look into the jobs and see where you might fit in.
*Disclaimer: I do not work for the company.*
I've always wanted to work in game design. I just wanted to share this idea (of joining them) in a professional and public forum.
Thoughts?

HAHAHAHAHA THAT explains alot! They must have an office full of blind orangutans writing all their code for them now. THAT's why this game is missing so much! It's all been made so clear to me now!!

I'd happily freelance some concepts or illustrations for Bungie but I would not want to work as an in-house concept artist, especially since I'd have to most across the country.

careers@bungie.com = waste of time. I can bet Bungie can not even list my qualifications and experience.

What they need is a new NETWORKING Admin Staff, because the one they have now is terrible n should have eggs thrown at them by every gamer who paid for this game.

Bungie is based in Bellevue Washington. There are lots of big games companies in the area, so they have to compete to get talent. My guess is they are simply not getting the good hires, maybe Gabe is eating them? Maybe MS, Google, Amazon, valve are grabbing the real talent?
