XBOX1 is supposed to be multi-functional... but Destiny kinda prevents snapping anything else. want to listen to pandora and play destiniy at the same time? or maybe watch netflix? hulu plus? snap your music?
think not...
I beg Destiny to add volume control... and not force me to listen to excessive gunfire while i want to listen to music... i know my gun is shooting... i shouldnt be forced to hear it.
there is a glitch to get the sound off... but it sucks.
if you log in and head to crucible or any mission or tower... just wait for a few minutes to let Destiny kick you off and log you out while your away. Then just make sure you snap what ever you want WITHOUT going home. if you keep the game loaded then there will be no sound. as LONG as you dont go to the xbox home screen then you can glitch destiny with no sound. only bad thing is if you want to invite someone to your party the sound comes back.
bottom line... shouldnt have to glitch a game to get volume control.

I learned how to glitch volume control into the game! You need to have "Universal Remote" though. Once you have that you can glitch the game by pushing a button on the "universal remote". The button will say "volume" on it and you have to push the bottom half of the button! It's important to remember to push the bottom half! After that the game should glitch and the volume should be lower

Don't you have volume control on your headset or TV?
