Well, we're a chapter based out of a small town. I was originally going to keep the chapter local, but our town has 1500 people, so the chapter would be barren. We have 4 members from my town, and one more will join soon. So, I decided to open the chapter to people from all over the country. If/when I get DSL we will probably become a Halo 2 Xbox Live clan and/or a Halo Xbox Connect clan. We don't expect too much as a chapter, but I will kick people who just join and don't get involved.
