Consistent Caterpillar Errors - Xbox 360

For the past few weeks I haven't been able to play PvE at all because I get either disconnected from Xbox Live or receive a Caterpillar code and have to sign back into Destiny. Literally - haven't been able to complete a mission in weeks because within 2-3 mins I'm kicked off. I can play PvP though, but dammit I just want to move forward in PvE!
