There is an entire schedule of expansions and PvE adjustments, many of which have been mentioned since before release. The fact that they are making some (relatively) more simplistic pvp changes in the mean time is fantastic. PvE content is enormous by comparison. The development is more complex by a factor of ten. The game has been out for barely more than a month. People need to have some patience. This game is well on its way to developing into something incredible. This update is a clear signal to everyone (not just PvP players) that Bungie is clearly listening to everything that is being said across the community, implementing many of the suggestions, and, most importantly, [i]continuing to develop new and innovative solutions we couldn't have imagined otherwise[/i].

Apparently they will be leaving soon for thier grandiose Call of Duty lmao. Good luck sailors! Have fun bro sucking each other.
