Honestly, why hasn't this been said before??? He can reverse death, but can't cause it, He can teleport us to our ship, but not when we fall of the map. He uses his flashlight when its DARK, but not in DARKness zones He can contact the tower when a bounty is done, but can't contact a guardian to help with the weekly heroic. Oh yeah, not to mention he CONVENIENTLY FINISHES DECRYPTING CODES AFTER ALL ENEMIES ARE KILLED. HOW ABOUT EARLIER.
