• My experience has found that these updates have made certain claims that are misguiding and blatant lies. Whilst Bungie has taken action against a problem of a minor addition to the game (addition being something added from the core experience), the addition being a small PVP event to gain something cosmetic or to buff ones character closer to level thirty, the core problems with the game are still unaddressed. One of the main problems infringing on many consumers is the price to pay for an experience with less content and just as much grinding from similar PVP/PVE games on the market. There is a margin to meet for cooperative games up to three players, raid at six (raid being singular), that can not simply be fulfilled by grinding implementations. Not everyone, those that enjoy the Crucible and/or the story concepts of Destiny, can hold their attention for repetition of limited content. There are those that can play up to an hour or two a day over the period of three months, slowly while the the DLC's are released. But those that don't find an interest with repetition of the same missions or paying half the price of the sold game to get a extra raid and a level cap increase of two making it thirty-two, have been conned of what had been promised. Now there's a divide between the community those wishing or hurt by a told legacy not met for the first chapter of a story that wants $30 for the content that was stripped from the game and been refined, and those that enjoy looting and PVP and PVP repetition in PVE. Creating a comment section of verbal disputes and name calling that can turn into emotion induced and deduced irony. With only a few small answers to small problems of the many questions being unanswered, all the while legally Bungie can't say if more content was supposed to be released initially or that the game is meant to have a lack of content. But they can spurt advertisement for the game such as...
We’ve discovered wonderful truths about the Destiny player experience from the best possible source: the players.
...without addressing other concerns or their plan for these concerns. Boiling down to advertisement to one section of the users and an condescending attitude for the other. Either way, such statements should not be made until the comment sections of a supposedly friendly game is glowing with warmth, instead of a "story-tall projection screen" that has an unknown content within its bordered perimeters. Thankfully people can still comment in these sections, comment their experiences with the game -- bad or good. Even if this provides an opportunity to yell or have a negative attitude to others that don't share the same preference and content conditions for an online only game that advises to not go solo and to get your friends to buy the game or to send messages through your consoles UI (user interface) to achieve a faster progress through the game. Ultimately relying on the aspects of the people you play with to make Destiny a favorable game. [i]Within that is a strange lesson that amounts to us as the $100 or so price tag, comforting in that perception leaving us with lighter pockets but a soaring lesson in friendship and corporation in the coming future of gaming entertainment.
