As topic says, multiple exotic weapons should be equitable at a time in PvE. For PvP, possibly allow for it, but give a minor penalty of say 2% damage reduction per extra exotic (4% with 2). Some reasons: *They do not affect your light level-hence why exotic armor should be limited. *You can fairly easily switch the weapons around anyways in PvE. In PvP, it isn't as easy or as safe. *Reduces the advantages of the newer gen consoles over the old gen consoles (since the old gen consoles take easily twice as long to switch gear due to load times). This is especially true for PvP (for some, a small damage penalty might be better than a 1 minute period that they can't do anything due to opening up the menu to switch gear around). *There are legendary gear just as strong as exotic (possibly stronger depending on the exotic and the legendary) and legendary gear are not limited. *Saves us the headache of having to switch after each pve segment for the next segment which only gets annoying after some time.
