Bad Juju Sucks!!!

Why is my legendary scout riffle The Aries Nemesis X4 better then my newly unlocked Exotic Pulse Rifle Bad Juju. I kill lvl 24 enemys with 1 or 2 shots while bad juju takes 1 magazine. Wtf is up with that. Also my scout riffle seems prety good in crucible i noticed.Even better then automatic riffles. Thats a good thing. Anybody elsd shares my thoughts/findings... Also all AR needs nerving muhahaha
