Top 3 players on each team (1 for skirmish) receive a guaranteed rare or higher reward (Lvl 20 and up, greens and commons for lower levels).
The player with the highest score at the end of the match receives a guaranteed 2 rare or higher rewards (This can also be applied to the top player of each team instead of top score overall). As for the remaining players, RNG will still play same.

I would love this actually because I've been playing crucible for quite some time and I've started to notice that even the people on the losing team will get exotics/legendary items and I will receive nothing even though I have The highest score on the winning team. Even the lowest scoring person on the winning team will receive a better item then The highest scoring person. More often than not this is the case. So basically what I'm seeing is people in the crucible who are playing poorly are being rewarded for their lack of skill, where as the people who are actually doing well are not rewarded what kind of victory is that? The reward system in the crucible is backwards as hell. And as far as that one comment goes calling the poster a communist or whatever complaining about the week getting weaker while the strong get stronger I'm sure you're one of the players who is terrible in the crucible. One of the random that gets placed on your team that gives the other team 17 kills and only killed three people and still gets a legendary item I bet that poster is one of those cock sucking little -blam!-ing weasel pricks.
