Xur ruined the crucible... AGAIN!!
I think this picture sums it up pretty good.
I remember the last time Xur sold the Suros Regime, the crucible was so -blam!-ing annoying to play. Nearly everybody above 20 was running around with the suros regime. A few days later it wasnt that bad anymore because most people stopped using it after the Focused Fire. upgrade.
The problem now is, the weapon [u]without[/u] the perk "Focused Fire" is so OP in the crucible. Last time people just upgraded it and didn't like the slow fire rate. They choose to use another AR with a higher fire rate.
But now everybody gets a [u]second[/u] Regime and they leave it as it is. Don't get me wrong. I'm happy about those people who finally can use the suros now in pve. But this gun ruins the pvp experience. It's just -blam!-ing boring when everyone runs around with it.
Do you think it needs a nerf? Or the other weapons a buff? Let me know what you think

You want to know why people are flocking to the suros? Because you and every other moron scream about how powerful or op it is to everyone, every time you get killed by it. The natural reaction then as this fallacy spreads is "better get a suros, I heard those rule the crucible." The suros or any other gun for that matter is only as good as the person wielding it. It doesn't turn anyone into a damned killing machine all by itself. This stupid pack mentality of the PvP whine crew is also what led to the destruction of the pinnacle weapon of the game, the carrot on the end of the stick that kept people running the vault. The claims that everyone had one, that they were launching a digital assault on the crucible with it were wildly untrue. Hell Bungie's own numbers proved it to be not possible. At the time of it's nerf only 1/8 of the population had even beaten the vault (and anyone who has run it will tell you there is no guarantee of anything dropping in one), let alone on hard. If even half the people who beat the raid, had beaten it on hard that's 1/16 who even had the CHANCE to get it. If half of those got the mythoclast (which is being overly generous) it's now 1/32 or 100,000 out of 3,200,000 and that's world wide spread across multiple regions and platforms. So the myth of the mythoclast being everywhere just doesn't hold. To sum it up, you and idiots like you, are the ones causing the lack of "variety" with every cry baby, whine filled thread you post. Every time you kick and scream about weapon X is sooooo powerful you add to the problem. Every time you tell friends, clan mates, hell even strangers on the street, "the only way to win is to use X" you make it worse. Shut up. Quit crying. Quit adding fuel to a nonexistent fire.

I don't even know what to suggest. The problem is that Shadow Price and Vanquisher are both nearly as good as Suros, but less people use them since they aren't exotic. While Suros is, in my opinion, the most popular weapon in Crucible right now, nerfing it will most likely lead to people swapping it out for the next best thing. I know I'd be just as happy to use The Last Word. Shadow Price and Vanquisher are more than decent replacements, too.

I honestly don't notice people who use suros a lot. Yea there are people with it in every PvP game. I'll give you that. Yea about everyone uses a AR and shotguns, but others prefer to leave the exotic open for another kind of weapon. Like a good secondary. There is a weakness in every gun. In my opinion It should matter what someone else has. For example, today i was using my pistol for PvP and killed a bunch of people with ARs at close range with my hunter. No i am not a pro and it was actually my first time trying to go into crucible with a pistol. I don't do PvP that much either. Again this is all my non-expert opinion. Feel free to disagree.

I no it's abit off topic and I apologise but does any one no when bad juju and thorn are getting buffed? It's going to be the same then every one will be using thorn I think the things awesome as it is in pvp with the dot upgrade especially with the gunslinger subclass

jesus christ, calm your nipples kid. Its not that bad. I rarely use auto-rifles and I have a 1.2 kd so its not the gun my friend. If you are losing fights you an auto rifle, guess what. YOU ARE IN THEIR RANGE. Get up close or get the -blam!- back, thats how you deal with it. Also, there is this magical thing called cover. All you have to do is strafe in and out of cover when facing an auto rifle, and you are almost guaranteed to win. Most people using the autorifle wont stop shooting for the ~1 sec (or about 3 -4 bullets) that you are in cover, meaning if you do it enough, there isn't enough ammo in the clip for them to kill you.

Your going to either earn the coins and Buy One or find another gun that works for You. But since you and every other poster with this Diseased attitude who wants every OP gun nerfed until What? Why don't you just admit the reason you want out nerfed is you Suck with it and Every other gun in the game so basically your the Community Pinata and should just sell the game and find a Game that works for you. I find my auto scout better then it and really everyone runs ar and shotguns anyways so really no new change there and haven't seen change to pvp since the game came out

I get what you are saying. I got autos for the first time and upgraded it. I like the focused fire part. It's not good for small PvP maps it on med to large maps it good. Just got to known how and when to use. I switch between red death and suros. Anyway I haven't personally had to deal with much of what you are taking about. The few times I ran into people with suros they weren't very good at using it.

I played a few control matches last night, maybe one dude was using suros. So not everyone is using it. I hardly see/hear it used in pve, either.

1 ReplySuros isn't OP at all. Case in point; once in the crucible my entire team was rolling suros and we still lost to a team using blues/greens and purples. Bungie has done a great job balancing weapons thus far. Just because you see everyone using it in pvp doesn't mean it's OP. Suros is just one of the easiest exotics to get right now I feel. Get used to it.
