Running around with shotguns makes for a good competitive shooter design?
Title pretty much says it all.
I just dont understand where the "fun" is? A bunch of people running around with shotguns OHK one another endlessly for 90% of the matches.
My dumba** decided to use an AR thinking this was a "shooter".
Acquired a Grimm and found out its easier to just run through AR rounds and OHK with a shotty.
Found its easy to close the gap then think aiming for a persons head would result in a headshot eithier.
After so many years of shooters (Battlefield mostly) I guess I have to retrain myself. Cover fire, using cover, etc.. nope..
Its just a series of people running around with assorted OHK weapondry, preferably the shotgun, insta killing each other.
Interesting design choice but I fail to understand how its a sustainable fun.

oh look another cry baby they already nerfed shotgun ranges to almost nothing curently the sonly shotgun with any range is Universal remote have you event tried this one DONT RUN AT THE GUY WITH THE SHOT GUN KITE HIM AND DONT TRY TO MELEE HIM...... is it really that hard people

I use the Last Word against them. Works. But wait.... they are already crying for a Nerf.

It's the best way to go around because of how maps were designed. If There was more long range maps, it would be a different story.

Shotguns, Sniper Rifles and a bit of Stealth, makes for great PvP.
