I'm sorry to bring this up but I have to say it. Back in the classic Halo days everyone here was so chilled out. They talked, made friends and sometimes became people who regularly played the games together. If someone had a different opinion to them, they would either ignore it or say, I see where you are coming from but I still think my way is correct.
Now it seems that these people are either getting overpowered by loudmouthed people who take anyone else's opinion as a personal threat or have turned into these people.
My question is why? This community used to be just that, a community. Now whenever I read these threads it's spammed with mindless bickering and moaning.
Apologies if I sound hypocritical but I feel some people just need to wake up a little and realise it's just a game.

You have to take it all with a grain of salt. Many of the community still ignore all the bickering, and that's the reason why you find it so prevalent here. I think the majority of folks ignore it all and just enjoy the game. Let the trolls make their threads hoping to rile people up. They'll soon grow bored and go elsewhere. Just keep in mind there are still people that enjoy opinions, even different ones, as long as there is a measure of shared respect and common ground.

Why? Simply because times change my friend. As far as a general reason the Speaker knows that and he could tell you.....
