ps3 to xbox one

I just bought an xbox one yesterday and I wasn't to be able to use my 23+ characters from ps3 on it. Is there any way to do this or do I have to put in the countless hours again to enjoy the same characters as before?

Sorry But yes you have to play all over again. Xbox 360 to Xbox one can share characters but PS3 to Xbox noup Good luck
