I think we need a public txt chat in the tower to build alliances. I can not build a fireteam for things like the daily or weekly missions. Im sure other players are having the same problem. I think a public mutable chat would help guardians like myself get the word out the we're trying to build a fireteam. Rather than using psn messaging or xbox live messaging to a single player at a time. Otherwise what is the use in having a public fireteam if no one knows you want to build a party to carry out such tasks. I'd rather send one shout out than a dozen single psn messages! Anyone agree? This is predominantly a co-op type mmo right. I understand bungie wants our teams to be "intimate" but how do you become intimate with no form of communication. I've played mobile games with this feature. I love this game and play quite often but what is the point if we cant communicate freely?
