It has been two weeks of attaining blue engrams, decoding them, only to receive the armor "Rustburner" in all its different variants etc. I have posted a video that shows exactly what I am talking about... PLEASE give me some feedback! I have NEVER received any other armor accept rustburner while decoding on my level 24 Hunter! Any feedback is appreciated. I have made other posts concerning this issue, although never received a response...
