Attention bungie!
Just got done beating the raid on normal, and the timer got down to zero but did not send anyone back to orbit. its like we were all stuck and we had to back out our selfs. im not sure this is right because all i got was the white shader and a few shards. isnt there suppose to be a better reward than just a shader and a few shards for beating the raid?

There was nothing you missed on. The countdown stopping at zero is normal. There is a chance for raid set gear, but nothing is guaranteed. Much like most MMO loot style games, getting end game gear often take multiple raid runs. http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12167

It's meant to stay at zero because people were not getting the items they earned when the were sent back to orbit
