It's possible to exploit this bounty (or similar bounty, like in A Dubious Task) so your death doesn't count. [spoiler]By leaving and rejoining off a friend, you're counted as joining a new strike. Credit is given if you don't die since you join. Leaving a strike in the middle of a boss fight and rejoining shortly before the boss dies allows you to cheat the bounty.[/spoiler] The companion app still shows your deaths in that activity as however many times you died, so an easy fix would be to reward credit off of this instead, deaths being zero.
