Reward tuning PvP and PvE

1. Scale PvE rewards based on level. One way to improve the system is to scale rewards based on effort. Make the acquisition of stuff feel "epic." Specifically I think the lower to mid 20's need a boost so scaling rewards based on level differential would be great. For instance, if you are going into a mission where you're under level (22 and you're trying to go into a 24 level strike) you're going to reap more rewards for the extra effort you have to make. Even if that effort is getting higher level players to carry you, because that's promoting positive social aspect of the game. I killed myself soloing Archon weekly to get enough strange coins for my first exotic armor. It was a HUGE effort and should have been rewarded more than the rewards I get for completing the weekly now more easily. Conversely lower rewards for level 28+ going into a level 24 playlist. Helps with the rich getting richer problem. 2. Scale crucible rewards based on level differential. NOT on character level, but on skill level. Remember Halo matchmaking? How amazing the "true skill" system worked? Every match seemed epic because the algorithm was constantly adjusting and grouping players based on performance. The factors worked amazingly well. This could be implemented similarly here. Rewards meted for poorly performing players if they manage to equal or better their average performance against a group skillset above the median skillset they encounter. See what I'm getting at? 3. Give rewards in PvE and PvP for experience acquisition based on value added behavior. This is harder to quantify. Certainly this is in place already with faction leveling and engrams etc. I think there is too much weight on bounties in this system. I love bounties. But there is no reward in place for epic support performance. For example, recently on Summoning Pits I only had 25 kills-0 deaths and on Nexus 6 kills-0 deaths, but I did most of the boss damage and revived my teammates many many times. There is no way to quantify that in the postgame lobby. Bungie did this in Halo 3 with their campaign scoring system... Certainly that could be implemented here? Anyway, that is it for now!!
