Raid loot system broken
How can someone roll 3 hunters at lvl 29 and run the hard raid 3 times a week and successfully complete the raid 18 times for credit from start to finish and still not get the raid boots? Please fix the raid loot system Bungie, so we can hit level 30.

Certain parts reward certain things. I've got all 5 raid pieces if you include cloak. I've noticed certain parts will give a certain piece of armor. Cloak comes from a particular chest, helm I've got from final boss hard mode. Legs from Templar
