[Is the public forum really the only way we can contact you for help?] Bungie, I’m messaging to advise that during last night’s run of the Vault of Glass, my team never obtained any rewards at all for completing the Gatekeeper encounter (section prior to Atheon) – no gear or weapons or even ascendant materials at all. This was really disappointing for a number of reasons, not only because this is probably the most difficult section of the whole raid. The stability of the game and server did seem a little off and I have to imagine this is part of the reason. Can you advise what has happened and if this will be resolved at all? Speaking for the group, it is really discouraging knowing that server troubles can mean no rewards for us (which is a huge part of why we play). Please also note that this was after the reset and the first time through that week (first time ever for half of the team).
