I have discovered a glitch that occurs if you go to orbit when near death. for the rest of the game after you have returned to orbit your sound will still be muffled like you are near death, like a pillow is strapped to your head, covering your ears. This still happens even after changing characters, the only way to make it go away is to 'close application' on PS4 or reset the system.
