So, I was doing a tiger strike then i went afk to go eat. (Had analog sticks moving so i didnt get kicked) Then when i get back im in a strike by myself spinning in circles. I then left, and went to tower to decode engrams to try to hit cryptarch rank 13 so i can get a legendary, dismantle it, and use the shards to upgrade my armor to hit level 29. I opened up the cryptarch's menu decoded, and opened my inventory to dismantle the rares i got. I saw 3 of the glowing boxes thy indicate you have something new. I saw 2 rares and an exotic sniper. I hover over it and find out that it's Patience and Time. That's all for the story... But did I really get it from a LEVEL 24 STRIKE?
