am i the only person that doesnt want to be lvl30?
Im a lvl29 warlock that is 1 piece of raid gear away from 30 and i do NOT want it. I feel like once i reach 30 the game is over on this character, and i don't want to be. I have a 27 hunter and 15 titan but they're not as fun as my voidwalker. Am i the only person that doesn't want to reach 30?

It's not an end goal. I only have one piece of raid gear so far, and I don't have it armed because my exotic is currently filling that slot. But I would love a full set of raid gear.

Lv 30 isn't an end goal for me, so I don't have that particular hangup. Even after I hit max level there are still plenty of exotic and legendary items to collect and upgrade. It'll be all about getting ready for DLC content and building gear sets for specific builds/loadouts.

Not to mention there's 5 factions to master, imagine being able to pick and choose any weapon for sale at the tower. That's the Guardian I aspire to be. Getting to level 30 is all luck with raid drops, it's just a way for others to see that you've been playing awhile so you're probably pretty damn good. Edit: Actually now that I think of it, once I hit 30 I'll probably get the armor I really want for cosmetic reasons since the Titan raid armor looks like poop, even though it'll drop me to 29. But I'll go back to 30 for the raid cause dat damage booster though...

You are not alone. I dont care about being level 30. If it means I have to give up the perks, INT, DIS, and STR values I like (bought all my armor) for 1 level and then be at the mercy fo RNG for all those important parts its not worth it.

Just hit level 30 and max out as much as you can so u can be ready for upcoming dlcs which would be much easier if your endgame. Regardless your still gonna do just as much as you would when you where level 29

Not at all man, I'm a level 29 hunter with a second hunter at 27. By reaching level 30, you're simply becoming a conforming person with the same armor as many others. I personally like having a unique armor setup that nobody else has. I have yet to see another person with my setup and I kinda like that. (I wouldn't be upset if someone else had that same thing either cause i know they worked hard to get it) you only need to be a thirty in order to do the vault of glass on hard. Even at 29 you can do it. Level 30 is much more of a cosmetic achievement than anything else and I say let's be unique and level 29 than all the same level 30. Not alone at all my friend :)

haha I also have a warlock level 29 and 1 third... I could care less bout the Raid, I enjoy PvP even tho I suck, it's just pure adrenaline , and I also enjoy patrol, strike etc so ya ...

I feel you, I flux between 28 /29 while I just upgrade stuff. I also have one character because I only have time to play in small sperts. I just don't think their is a huge gap between 28 and 30..
