They Would Be Under The Special Weapons Class. Only Legendary/Exotic Not Rare, Or Uncommon. Yes, No?

2 RepliesPrimary, longer range than scout with more impact but a painfully slow reload time. Maybe an exotic that has a revolving chamber for higher firerate call it Van Helsing because of the crossbow used in the movie.
