Exotic shotguns
Recently got the Universal device and the Invincible, but while not fully upgraded they're much like usual shotguns, so I have questions on them and would be glad to hear the answers.
Is Universal device useful in pve? I wonder if it has a good range with all the perks.
Which one is better for pvp?
