Bungie, I'm sure you receive many emails and my problem is just as common. I cannot do a raid for the life of me. Not because of skill but due to being disconnected and kicked from server. I am in the United States Air Force and stationed in italy, which is obviously my first problem. However, I spend loads of time playing your game..... I am addicted. Due to the consistent server errors I'm receiving, I cannot play crucible, raid or iron banner. This is holding me out from many rewards and is hurting my progress in the game. All I want to know is, do you have the power to give rewards or to fix issues I have in game as far as loot is concerned? Please let me know and thank you for your time.
