A Vex Mythoclast with all upgrades filled, except for the final three for ascendant energy after the patch(on a level 29 character):
Also this math is without consideration of the bonus for extra damage after a kill
-level 2 Fallen dregs & Vandal body shots were 80 each before the patch, now with the patch 40
-headshots 210 damage before the patch, now 138
-PvP body shots were around 41, now 23
-PvP headshots were 51, now 32
So the PvP stats are somewhat around the correct "34% damage nerf", but PvE is waaaay off. What are your thoughts and comparisons on the Mythoclast now? I overall say it's just crap, it got nerfed too much because whiners in PvP are taking over Bungie, instead of considering the ramifications of PvE as well. Do these nerf criers even care for PvE anymore?

They need to separate the nerfs from PvE, the Vex needs a buff.
