For all you people who love Minecraft on the consoles, I have good news for you all! Minecraft: Console Edition (Including PSVITA edition) is finally catching up with the PC edition! 4J Studios confirmed that they are currently working on bringing Minecraft: Console Edition up to date with features that were in version 1.6.4. Here is some bad news: the current version on PC right now is 1.8. No worries! It should be 4J Studio's next priority after working on the next TU (Title update) to be worked on. Enough talk! Here's a few of MANY features that will be added: [b]Horses:[/b] Obviously you know what their purposes will serve! Donkeys will be added along with the horses and they can carry chests, they are also much slower than horses due to this ability. Mules will be added also, they are faster and carry a chest also, they are made by cross-breeding a horse and a donkey. [b]The Wither:[/b] A challenging boss-mob that flies and shoots exploding wither skulls. It must be summoned to be fought. When defeated, it will drop a Nether Star that can be used to craft a beacon. [b]Witches:[/b] Has the appearance of a villager but is wearing a purple cloak and a pointy hat. It can throw poisonous potions at you and can heal itself. It spawns in swamp huts and [i]possibly[/i] rarely at night. [b]Hoppers:[/b] A mechanism that can fill chests, dispensers, or furnaces with any desired item that is put in it. It can even do the exact opposite. [b]Many more changes, additions and bug-fixes will be added along with this upcoming TU.
