I'm old af and lame. I'm also a desticle. Now that this is out of the way I want to know if anyone has heard/read anything about CTF being implemented into the Crucible? I'm enjoying the Crucible as it stands but it's definitely inferior to the PvE content in my mind. I just want to play CTF and think the three classes and their respective abilities would lend themselves to creating a great CTF game type. I just don't like Control as a competitive game type simple because kills rack up points, which I just don't care for. You got the Titans serving as patrols to keep your base and flag safe from the enemy. Warlocks being able to function as offensive or defensive assets depending on their subclass and choice of abilities. Hunter's being the obvious candidate to carry flags and carry out offensive attacks due to their speed and agility. Tl;dr It's a pipe dream but I hold out hope for a CTF Crucible playlist regardless. Would be purely objective based, isolating semi Team DM scoring style to the other playlists. Destiny already has a good class system in place and those classes will cover roles for the CTF game type. Yadada, what are your thoughts on a CTF playlist?
