Light lvling
i am at lvl 27 with legenday and exotic almost all fully upgraded but nowhere near lvl 28 and i cant do vog because im too under powered how the hell do i lvl up from here

how did u get 27 im stuck at 24 all the engrams i get are weaker then mine and im no where close to getting any new monarchy gear
