Sorry if that offends some of you, I just don't understand, honestly I bought it just to see it in my Vault. Yes the 5sec ammo regeneration and combustion are nice perks, but that recoil is terrible. It's just not meant to snap from target to target. I think it is safe to say that it is the best PvE Sniper where Patience and Time is made for PvP. Don't get me wrong though, Praedyth's Revenge finds a nice middle ground between the two. What do you guys think is the best sniper of the three?
