Merge accounts
Due to some complexities with Microsoft's single account platform, I ended up deleting one of my accounts. This account was where my Destiny characters lived. Is there any way I can merge the old account into my new account so I don't have to re-roll my toons?

1 ReplyThere is no way to transfer characters between gamertags, no. However, equally impossible is deleting a Microsoft Account. Microsoft Accounts cannot be deleted immediately. So whatever you did to your account, it is still there. You just need to remember the correct E-mail Address and Password. Even when you attempt to close a Microsoft Account, the account doesn't close. Instead, the account gets put on a 60 day timer allowing you to change your mind for two months before it closes.
