Is there a place to provide feedback for patches (connectivity, etc) and such?

I just wanted to say after yesterdays hotfix (which was a PSN download of roughly 200 megs on PS4, followed by a tiny 90Kb update in game before logging into my character) I wanted to report on my connectivity. The bottom line is that It takes much longer for me on average to get into a match or to connect with friends in orbit (or to leave a fireteam and return to orbit) than it did before the most recent patch for connectivity. Roughly a minute of wait at times. However, the positive from this is that I haven't run into any beavers or centipedes which would happen on occasion during these connecting periods. Before the patch, I tended to consistently trigger beaver (return to orbit kicks) while inspecting players armors during loading screens, especially the loading screen with all ships warping to a location. The game basically freezes in place, and the disconnect occurs a short time afterwards. If I just stare at the screen, things tended to work most of the time. However, in general, the game has always been relatively stable for me since I put the PS4 on the DMZ. I also reserved an IP address (with QoS) for my console on my router every time the PS4 connects. This reduces randomness from IP leasing and the trouble that can cause. A big thing that helped my connectivity is the fact that I have cable internet now (25 down/5 up). I used to have dsl (6 down/less than 1 up), and constantly got NAT errors while in party chat with specific people, and disconnects somewhat frequently. I would have to say cable really fixed most, if not all, of my network and stability problems. DSL also made it so that I would get crazy lag. The kind of stuff where if I melee a dude in crucible, I could die, respawn and then 5 seconds later get a postmortem kill. In any case, while it does take me longer on average to connect to activities, any disconnects that used to occur no longer happen as they did before. Keep up the good work, bungie. Thanks for working on stuff and keeping this machine moving forward.
