level 27 and have yet to see a legendary engram
I had to buy all my legendary things from the vanguard. I don't get what I'm doing wrong. I'm doing the weekly and daily every time they reset along with a ton of bounties and yet.... Nothing. Playing on ps4 if that makes a difference.
