Make it so exotics, shotguns, rocket launchers, and machine guns, can only be used in iron banner. Also, make iron banner permanent. The reason this idea is so great, is that by nerfing weapons for pvp, you are not considering the effects of such a nerf in pve. For example, in a soon coming update, bungie will be nerfing the shot guns range. This is great for crucible, but think of pve? Such a nerf would likely ruin the shotguns viability in pve. There are also many exotics that are ridiculously overpowered for pvp, and I'm sure there a nerfs coming their way (I'm talking to you automatic fusion rifles) But by nerfing them, wouldn't that take away from exotics, that which makes them so special? The perfect solution to all of this, is NOT to nerf the weapons, but limit their use to only a certain kind of pvp. This will allow people to choose whether they want to encounter such powerful one sided weapons in pvp.
