Possible gametype/subclass restrictions?

So alot of people are upset one way or another with the Iron Banner it seems. I've had my hand of frustrations so far as well (lvl 15's on my team vs FULL PARTY 28's) so I thought I would give my 2 cents on the state of things. Matchmaking seems faster (thanks!) but seems to come at a bad time; with Iron Banner being winner takes all people are quitting left and right thus creating an exponential increase in open games looking for one or two players. I realize quitting is a community (and player specific) issue not an infrastructure problem but perhaps since Iron Banner is supposed to be "hardcore" could you make it where we cannot join in session and cannot go to orbit once committed to the challenge? I also feel that having control be the only gametype in the Iron Banner playlist is a mistake. I feel that without a doubt the Titan is the best obj control/lockdown class around. the biggest issue I have is the titans Defender shield (just in control specifically) just counterplays too many abilities in such an OBJ gametype. As far as I can tell the Hunter Bladedancer is the only answer at all to the shield. If a hunter has a Golden Gun they have to enter the shield...into Shotgun OHKO range, Warlock Void blast literally does nothing unless you suicide trying to throw it in the shield (in shotgun range again.) Sunsinger might even the shielding odds but then that's not counterplay, more just people melee attacking each other 4 or 5 times . TL:DR 1:Thanks for matchmaking update 2: Please evaluate these leave rates for future events. 3: Look into nerfing Titan's Defender Shield (duration mostly) in control gametypes. 4: Look into making grenade types equally as effective (hunter tripmine is VERY powerful compared to others.)
