Improving Destiny: Crucible RNG Rewards

This pictures shows exactly what is wrong with the RNG loot drop system for the Crucible. The bottom player on the winning team joined just as the game ended and got a 3 item loot drop while the top player - which just so happened to be me - got nothing. The only reason I step foot into the Crucible is so that I can complete bounties to rank up weapons, not to do well and get "the best gear in the game" like Bungie keeps advertising. Players need to be rewarded on both team and individual performance to help foster a competitive edge in the Crucible. There needs to be a reason for players to want to be the best. These solutions are not a catch all, set in stone, "Bungie fix this game this way right now" sort of thing. These are general guidelines to show how players should be rewarded for performance based on team and individual efforts. Please keep in mind that these are exaggerated values. [u]Suggestion Time:[/u] [u]Amount of Gear Dropped Based on Ranking in Game[/u] [spoiler] Players can receive up to 4 items in a loot drop from a match in the Crucible. It should be only fair that the better players and the better team gets a higher chance of getting more loot. That means that the players on the winning team should have a greater chance of getting more items than the losing team. But also that the best performing players within a team will have a greater chance of getting more items than the worst players on the same team. This isn't based off of your team or position on within your team, this comes from your score at the end of the game. This system not only rewards kills, but playing objectively and working as a team. This does not determine the quantity of the loot, but the quality of it. Players that play better with (or without) others get better things for their performance. If a team were to evenly score, then most players will either get somewhere between 2500-4000 points. This means that Legendaries and Exotics should still be able to drop, but for less likely due to an average performance. In Rumble, the score limit is 4500 (I think it is at least), meaning that players at the top spot will not often make it into the top 2 brackets. They still have a greater chance of getting Legendaries or Exotics, but it's far less likely since it is not a team based event.
