6 strikes only, seriously!!??
Why? Strikes become just as repetitive as shooting into a cave. Bungie said the loot cave is not how the game was meant to be played, but how is doing the same 6 strikes, over, and over, and over again any different? What a low amount of content for the launch of a game. Don't try and tell me modifiers make up for that!
We want more strikes and higher level play lists.
UPDATE: There has been many replies to this post at this point. Almost everybody agrees with me. I think what this comes down to is game companies think they can get away with way OVER HYPING a game to up sales and ultimately put out a game far to early. Perhaps Bungie should have waited another year before they released. At the moment, I feel this game is heavily geared toward PvP, because of the lack of PvE content and repetition.
It needs to be about the gamers and their entertainment! Destiny had so much potential...What Destiny will be after all DLCs have been out out is what it should have been at launch.

1 ReplyAlso saying the end game starts at lvl 20, or something like that. Is a lie. It is deceptive. Sure you stop lvling normally at 20. But compared to content an activities it is the same aw the beginning of the game. Minus the Raid. Which BTW is the best thing in this game. But even that gets old fast. No really reason to play after you completer it on all characters.

1 ReplyPretty sure the ps4 exclusive strike loses exclusivity fall 2015? I recall reading that in an official post somewhere. There may be hope for us Xboners. Regardless of whether we got 5 or 6 strikes with release, it's still a pretty poor amount of content when we consider how much the game design demands us to grind them. I second that the game should have shipped with ten strikes and at least 2 raids. What's worse? How the rather expensive "expansion pack" ships with 1 strike. I understand the effort invested to develop the content and don't mean to sound ungrateful, but when other companies offer far more generous content for a ridiculously cheaper price then it's fair to say that the DLC should ship with one more strike to sweeten the currently extortionate deal. One raid per DLC is acceptable as they hold some prestige and awesomeness, but strikes are quintessential to the game and I doubt one strike will satisfy the player base for long.

5 RepliesOk so the game is small with a finite amount of loot, but if we were not jaded by other games we would love this game small or not. Sure limited communication ability suck and like I mentioned before the lack if loot is irritating but it's a very we'll put together game considering it's just about the first of its kind for a console. I agree....even the ops missions on Halo4 have more variety on the reused but varied maps from the main story. That's aside from a full story. Despite what they said or didn't say, I believe there should have been more. The gameplay is awesome but the content is lacking.

1 ReplyTo be honest I prefer playing Strikes. I love the concept and it's probably my favourite part of the game. The Raid would be first but I can't finish it as I'm booted via zoo errors all the time. I think strikes could have more variety, slightly different tasks or routes to get to the final boss ect just so it makes you feel 'what the, since when did that happen?' ect. There could be other things to do other than killing bullet sponge bosses too such as rescuing a captured A.I. guardian ect. Destiny has the potential to be a bloody brilliant game but at the moment it's really lacking in every area. On a side note the DLC should be free, at least some of it for multiple reasons. The main one being that Destiny is not what anyone expected it to be. Other games manage to give their community free DLC such as GTA5. I will patiently wait for Destiny to sort it's self out and until then there's a host of other amazing games being released this year such as Farcry 4 and Halo MCC.

Destiny wants the people to play as much as a Skyrim but only got content like Call of Duty! Next time make more Content! RNG as Reason to Play the same handful of things again and again sucks

3 RepliesI like the idea of random bosses too, that way instead of always waiting on new strikes/maps they could focus on new bosses with new weak points and shit to keep it interesting and surprising.
