[/quote][/spoiler] What I get from that is that the Vex are "gardeners" created by the Traveler. It does make sense, as a "garden" is a place of life, and you go there to kill and destroy. Pujari could have just been hallucinating/deceived/dreaming/high though, this isn't necessarily an accurate source.
