Xur should sell Exotic bounties instead of the actual item.
We all know what happened with Suros. If bounties can be purchased and they are hard enough, fewer people will have the goods. I don't see how anyone except the noobs could hate this :)

Just like the random exotic engram I think there should be a bounty xur can give along with his normal ware, that way you can buy the exotics straight up or if you are short on coins or motes just buy a bounty (which in my hypothetical circumstance would be cheaper).
