Speaking for all the Alcoholics, it's a great time to get another drink and have a smoke before the next mission/strike/whatever. Like the cut scene after the "Eye of a Gayelord" I drank half a bottle during that mini movie. Or if your underage, a non-drinker or a virgin use that time to Google new ways to farm so you can increase your eliteness in getting the most amount of stuff per hour. I don't think eliteness is a real word, but it should be.
