Replacement DLC codes

I am having issues applying my DLC codes for Ghost edition content and the Expansion pass, both state the error code E-82000134 which is computer slang for this code is from a different region than your PSN account. I created a brand new PSN account in Australia (where I live) as I have not owned a Playstation product before purchasing my Destiny PS4, the Ghost edition I bought and the PS4 I bought were from the same store in the same country (Australia) and the Vanguard DLC from the PS4 works fine but all codes from the Ghost edition give me the above error code. I rang Sony/PSN support and they said speak to Activision the publishe and gave me this link for replacing codes: https://support.activision.com/DestinyCodeSupportForm I rang Activision just now after the above link did not work and they said ALL in game and DLC code support is handled by the game developer, in this case Bungie. I have Ghost Edition, Expansion pass and Vanguard DLC codes here that are from a different region I bought them in and I need a replacement, the originals can be burned or cancelled if that is possible as I have no use for them save retaining the cards for proof they exist. Bungie please! give me the answer! Can you replace my codes? Is Activision lying to me? Does the support rep have no idea what he was talking about and they should be able to help?
